The smallest representable number is about -1e308.If a numeric result is too large, then the result can be infinity (printed as inf by echo). The largest representable number is about 1e308.For example, 0.2 (2/10) does not have an exact internal representation, but 0.25 (1/4) and 0.125 (1/8) are represented exactly. A fractional number is not represented exactly unless the denominator is a power of 2. Because OpenSCAD uses the IEEE floating point standard, there are a few deviations from the behaviour of numbers in mathematics: OpenSCAD does not distinguish integers and floating point numbers as two different types, nor does it support complex numbers. OpenSCAD has only a single kind of number, which is a 64 bit IEEE floating point number. In addition to decimal numerals, the following names for special numbers are defined: Numbers are the most important type of value in OpenSCAD, and they are written in the familiar decimal notation used in other languages. Values can be stored in variables, passed as function arguments, and returned as function results. Values and data types Ī value in OpenSCAD is either a Number (like 42), a Boolean (like true), a String (like "foo"), a Range (like ), a Vector (like ), or the Undefined value (undef). Myvar = 10 // The rest of the line is a comment Comments are not evaluated by the compiler, and should not be used to describe self-evident code. Operator() operator() Ĭomments are a way of leaving notes within the script, or code, (either to yourself or to future programmers) describing how the code works, or what it does. This script is a free format list of action statements. OpenSCAD is a 2D/ 3D and solid modeling program that is based on a Functional programming language used to create models that are previewed on the screen, and rendered into 3D mesh which allows the model to be exported in a variety of 2D/3D file formats.Ī script in the OpenSCAD language is used to create 2D or 3D models. You can not take off using your keyboard. Any ideas on how I can get a fast keyboard altitude adjustment? Alexander Thu, 03:30:07 GMTĬhris Williams. To adjust altitude you have to press the button multiple times making it go up in 100 feet segments. I have assigned keyboard buttons to speed, heading, and altitude which work well except the altitude, unlike the other 2 that one does not scroll quickly when the keyboard button is held down. EG rotating the altitude knob often adjusts the vertical speed instead. Hi.With a multi-screen setup, some of the control knobs/buttons are not aligned with the mouse curser depending on the saved view. The question I recently had a problem with x plane 11 it's back up and running but there are no laminar MD-82 keyboard commands when I had them before any suggestions? Nigel Barrett Wed, 09:06:15 GMT NOTE: Make sure Num Lock is OFF before using Num Pad commands. Also, if any of the commands don't work or any are missing, please do let us know in the comments section below. If you like this resource, we'd love it if you would post in the comments section below. You may also change the commands manually in the X-Plane settings menu. The controls below are extensive and should cover all aspects of using X-Plane 11 and 10. You have two options: you may download the PDF document or simply view the commands in the tables below. They should also work with X-Plane 11 as the majority of the commands have remained the same. These are the complete keyboard commands originally for X-Plane 10.
